Gundell & Company respects the privacy of respondents and individuals who participate in research studies. We have created this policy to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice, so please check back periodically. If you provide information to Gundell & Company in any form, electronically or otherwise, after such change you hereby provide consent to those changes.
Things to know before we get started
We will never attempt to sell any products or services.
Your opinions are confidential.
We will always provide our company name and the name of the person that is contacting you.
Your decision to partake in a study is 100% voluntary and does not constitute employment in any way.
You may opt-out of our database at any time.
Information we collect
We collect two types of Information:
1. Personal Information – This includes any information that could potentially identify you. We collect the following Personal Information: First Name, Last Name, Address (Home, Work), Telephone Number (Work, Cell, Home, Fax), Email Address, Date of Birth, IP Address. In certain instances when identity needs to be validated, we may also ask to see a copy of a Driver’s License.
2. Non-Personal Information – This includes information that can not be used to identify you, such as general demographic information. The Non-Personal Information we collect does change from time to time.
Information we do not collect
Gundell & Company will never collect or ask for a Social Security Number, Credit Card Number, or specific Account Identifying Financial Information.

Gundell & Company collects Personal Information for the following purposes:
Contact – So we can contact you regarding research studies.
Qualify – So we can qualify you for research studies.
Conduct Research – So the research study can be carried out.
Payment – So we can validate your information for payment purposes
How we collect personal information
Gundell & Company collects information using the following tools and methods:
Online Registration – We maintain a secure online site used for individuals to provide and update their information.
Online Surveys & Landing Pages – We use online surveys and landing pages to collect information.
Email – We communicate via email and may collect and/or update Personal Information via email exchange.
Telephone – We communicate via telephone and may collect, and/or update Personal Information via telephone conversation.
Text and SMS – We communicate via text and may collect, and/or updates Personal Information vial SMS and text message-based communications.
Social Media – We do not collect your information within social media sites. However, we may post links to online surveys or landing pages within social media that do collect information.
In-Person – At times, we will collect and/or update information in person.
How we use information
Your information is used with the purpose of coordinating and conducting market research. Gundell & Company does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information, for marketing purposes, with third parties without your consent.
Please note that we reserve the right to, and may disclose, Personal Information about you in response to (a) request from local, state, or federal law enforcement officials; (b) any judicial, administrative or similar proceedings or order, such as subpoena; (c) if required by law; or (d) to investigate suspected fraud, harassment, physical threats, or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, or the right of any third parties to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper. Please also note that we do reserve the right to transfer your personally identifiable information and other information to our successors in the event of a business sale or merger.
How we share information
We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Gundell & Company for the purpose of operating and improving our business. Those vendors use Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We also share your Personal Information with Clients and Partners so they can carry out a specific market research project. By agreeing to participate, you are providing consent for your information to be shared for this purpose.
How we protect information
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard the information we collect. Gundell & Company is committed to using commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security of Personal Information. While we take these measures, due to the inherent open nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
Protection for children
Children are to obtain their parent’s permission prior to providing Gundell & Company with any Personal Information over the phone, internet, via email, or in person. Gundell & Company does not knowingly or intentionally collect information from individuals under the age of 18 years old without prior parental consent. We require verbal or written consent from parents of children under the age of 18 years old to partake in the research we coordinate.
Your right to request a deletion of your personal information
Gundell & Company respects your privacy. Upon receipt of a verifiable request we will:
